In Asheville, NC just 2 miles from Patton Ave Noble Cider specializes in unique ciders, cysers and meads. Noble Cider is "True to the Core"! From a humble fruit comes a Noble Cider. We started with a simple mission and very little cash! After cobbling together enough funds to build an apple press and with a few connections at local orchards, we began our journey to create Asheville's first hard cider company. Our goal is to craft delicious ciders using fresh fruit with no artificial flavors or ingredients. Today we offer a full range of Traditional and New American ciders and meads.
