A detail on a listing is wrong

Send the address of the page and what is wrong with it. Listing data comes from public Google Business Profiles and goes stale the way any snapshot does, so corrections are welcome and get applied the next time the data is refreshed. Hours are the field most often out of date.

A meadery is missing

Send the name and the town, and a website if it has one. Directories only stay useful if the gaps get filled, and the ones missing here are usually businesses without a Google listing of their own. See about for why that happens.

A meadery has closed

Send the page address. Closed businesses come off rather than sitting there sending people to a locked door.

You own a meadery and want the listing gone

Say so from an email address at the business's own domain and it comes down. No argument and no retention pitch.

Claiming a listing

Claiming is self-serve from any listing page and costs $199 a year. Owners can cancel, change their card or download receipts from their listing's update page. If something in that process is not working, use the same address above.
