Talon Wines at the Meadery located in Palisade, CO is home to our tasting room and production facility. We have over 25 wines from our three labels: Talon Winery, St. Kathryn Cellars, and Meadery of the Rockies. Visit our tasting room for flights, bites, bottle purchases. All of our wines are fermented, aged, and bottled here, and we offer tours to engage the senses and give insight into our history and production. Talon Winery is known for classic style, fruit-forward wines made from the finest grapes available. Our methods preserve and enhance the flavors that develop naturally in grapes grown in Western Colorado’s high desert arid climate and mineral-rich soils. Our wine list includes a broad array of award-winning varietals and blends.
