Meadery in Garden City, Idaho

4.9★ 7 Google reviews 2nd most reviewed of 3 in Idaho

Noble Mead is a craft meadery dedicated to reviving one of the world’s oldest fermented drinks through modern craftsmanship and historic inspiration. We produce small-batch meads and braggots using local and premium honey, carefully selected ingredients, and time-honored fermentation techniques. Rooted in tradition but unapologetically bold, Noble Mead focuses on rich, expressive flavors—from clean, elegant session meads to barrel-aged and spice-driven offerings inspired by myth, history, and the communal spirit of the mead hall. Every batch is designed to be approachable, balanced, and worthy of sharing. At Noble Mead, we believe great mead should be brave in flavor, honest in process, and noble in character.

New to mead?

What Is a Meadery?

A meadery is a place that makes mead, which is wine made from honey. Here is what that means in practice, and what you will find if you walk into one.

Is Mead Wine or Beer?

Mead is wine. It ferments from honey rather than grain, and federal law regulates it under the wine rules, even when it is poured in a taproom that feels like a brewery.
