All of our meads and wines are made on-site. From fermentation to bottling, we do it all! We start with 100% real honey, natural fruit juices, and whole spices. We slowly ferment with our specialty yeast that allows us to achieve a smooth finish. Next, we lightly filter to preserve the taste and aroma. Finally, we hand label each bottle with our artistic labels that each tell a story. Join us at our Missouri meadery for a unique winery experience. Not able to visit us in person? No worries! We ship our mead and wine to 40 states.
