*** We are closing our Tap Room operations location at the end of June 2026*** We are a winery, specializing in mead (honey wine) made with local honey. Mead is an ancient and extremely versatile beverage. It can be sweet or dry, still or carbonated, and flavored with herbs, spices, fruits, and hops. Depending on the style, you can drink it like a beer or sip it like a wine. It's up to you and your taste buds!
