Below the Rim Meadery is a completely family run business operating at our property just outside of Payson below the gorgeous Mogollon Rim in Northern Arizona. Our forest tasting patio is both dog and kid friendly, and open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with extended hours on holiday weekends. Please be aware that the tasting patio is located outdoors and therefore only open for visitors from Mid-April to Late October. Please check hours above to confirm we are open before visiting as we are temporarily closed from November-March.
